LEMON-LIME CHICKEN WINGS
If you are one of those who like to lick your fingers, you definitely have to try these chicken wings with lime and lemon. It is one of those dishes that you have to eat with your hands, well rolled up so as not to stain more than necessary. Golden and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside and with an intense citrus aroma, this recipe for baked chicken wings is going to become your favorite.
Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings (approximately 1 kg)
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- Olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Parsley
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190ºC with heat up and down, without air. Clean the wings, removing well all the remains of feathers that they may have. You can leave them whole or chop them by separating the three parts. Sprinkle the wings with salt and ground black pepper. Spread an oven-safe dish with olive oil and place the wings with the skin facing down. Wash the lime and lemon, dry, grate the peel and set aside. Squeeze half a lemon and half a lime and reserve the other two halves.
First in the tray where we will bake it, add oil
Then squeeze the lemon and lime over the wings
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the wings. Take out the dish carefully, turn the wings over and squeeze the juice of the other half lemon and the other half lime. Sprinkle again with salt and ground black pepper. Put back in the oven and cook another 20-25 minutes. Change the position to grill and leave about 3-4 minutes, so that they are golden and with crispy skin
